Cooperative Care Partnership, Inc. (CCP) is a licensed provider of mental health and substance use services in Cape May County, NJ. We offer in-person and telehealth support to adults 18 and older who are ready to begin—or restart—their journey to recovery.

Our programs include:

Begin Therapy or IOP

Services in Detail

Outpatient Therapy (OP)

Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, or long-term trauma, our outpatient services offer flexible support for everyday life. You’ll meet with a licensed therapist on a regular basis to develop coping skills, set goals, and work through emotional pain in a safe, respectful setting.

Who It's For:
Adults managing daily responsibilities who need support navigating emotional or psychological challenges.

Schedule:
1–2 sessions/week
In-person or via telehealth

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

For individuals who need more than weekly therapy but do not require inpatient care. Our IOP offers a structured program that includes group therapy, individual counseling, education, and relapse prevention.

Who It's For:
Adults in recovery from substance use or managing co-occurring disorders, who need a step up in support without 24/7 treatment.

Schedule:
3–5 days/week, 3 hours/day
Morning, afternoon, or evening groups

Can I switch between OP and IOP?
